It is time to fill out the appropriate forms for your upcoming sports season.  Below you will find a link to the BOWDOIN STUDENT HEALTH PORTAL. 

Your Username and Password are the same as your Bowdoin Email.  You may use any device, desktop or tablet to complete the forms.  When you sign in to the portal please click on FORMS on the MENU bar.  Please complete all forms listed in your portal.
