It is time to fill out the appropriate forms for your post-season medical history update. IF this in not completed you will need to get a new physical prior to the start of your next athletic season. This in a NCAA rule.

Below you will find a link to the BOWDOIN STUDENT HEALTH PORTAL.   

Your Username and Password are the same as your Bowdoin Email.  You may use any device, desktop or tablet to complete the forms.  When you sign in to the portal please click on FORMS on the MENU bar.  Please complete all forms listed in your portal.
