BIDDEFORD, Maine - Held scoreless in the opening half, the 15th-ranked Bowdoin field hockey team scored twice in a 13 minute span in the second half, both courtesy of
Emily Ferguson, to prevail at the University of New England on Monday evening, 2-0. The Polar Bears rarely saw the ball in their defensive end in the victory as they move to 1-0 on the campaign and the Nor'easters fall to 1-2.
