The Bowdoin and Tufts football teams will open their 2025 campaigns on Saturday at Whittier Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

LIVE COVERAGE
For every Bowdoin game this fall, the Northeast Sports Network will provide live video coverage of Saturday's game. Additionally Bowdoin football games will be carried live over the air as Radio Midcoast WCME will broadcast every Polar Bear home game live on 99.5FM and 900AM. Live statistics can also be found via GoUBears.com
 
DIGITAL PROGRAM
Beginning in the fall of 2021, the Bowdoin College Athletic Department made the change to digital game programs for all home events as part of an effort for a more sustainable campus, as well as providing up-to-the-minute information on game days. You can visit goubears.com/programs and/or scan the QR codes around the stadium on game day.

LAST YEAR
The Jumbos finished the 2024 campaign as NESCAC runners-up, ending with a 7-2 overall record. Bowdoin ended its year with a 3-6 record.
 
LAST MEETING
In week one last year in Medford, Tufts claimed a 23-21 nailbiter, getting a late interception to seal the victory.
  
BOWDOIN vs. TUFTS – ALL-TIME
Saturday will be the 119th meeting between the teams with Tufts holding a 67-49-2 advantage in the all-time series. Tufts has won the last nine meetings after Bowdoin claimed five in a row from 2010-14.
