Men's Basketball Falls in Season Finale to Trinity

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College men's basketball team finished its season with an 87-43 setback to Trinity College on Saturday afternoon at Morrell Gymnasium. The tenth-ranked Bantams head into the conference tournament with a record of 21-3 (8-2 NESCAC) while the Polar Bears end their year with a mark of 11-13 (1-9 NESCAC).
 
Game Highlights
  • The Trinity defense was the story in the opening half, as they held Bowdoin to 24% shooting from the field and 19 points, building a 37-19 lead at the break.
  • Jarrel Okorougo scored 14 first half points for the Bantams, who connected on 57% from the field in the period.
