WATERVILLE, Maine – The Bowdoin College football team was stifled in a season-ending 16-6 loss at Colby on Saturday evening. The Polar Bears close out their year with a 2-7 record while Colby ends their year with a mark of 6-3 and wins the CBB title for the second straight season.

Game Highlights

  • In all, the game went from scoreless to a 16-0 Colby lead in the span of 3:25 in the second period.
  • Defenses dominated play in the second half as Bowdoin was able to get on the board on their last play on offense, scoring on a 28-yard pass from Soren Hummel to Slade Postemski.
