BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College men's soccer team has earned the eighth seed and will play at Tufts in the quarterfinal round of the 2024 NESCAC Tournament on Saturday. Game time is currently set for 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Polar Bears (7-4-4, 2-4-4 NESCAC) qualified for the conference tournament for the fourth straight season and will battle Tufts (11-0-4, 7-0-3 NESCAC) for the second time in four days as the teams played to a 2-2 draw in the regular season finale Tuesday night. Tufts and Bowdoin also squared off in last year's quarterfinal round with the Jumbos posting a 2-1 win to move to 3-2-1 against the Polar Bears in the NESCAC postseason series.
Bowdoin and Tufts rank 2-3 in the conference in goals scored with the Polar Bears netting 32 markers while the Jumbos have scored 30 times. The Polar Bears are looking for their third NESCAC title, having won back-to-back crowns in 2014 and '15.
Saturday's four quarterfinal winners will square off in the semifinal round on Saturday, November 9 at the highest remaining seed. The championship game is set for Sunday, November 10 at the site of the semifinal host.
