Men's Tennis Captures Mid-Week Road Win at Colby

WATERVILLE, Maine – The Bowdoin College men's tennis team took care of Colby, 6-3, in a mid-week NESCAC win on Wednesday evening. The 11th-ranked Polar Bears have won three of their last four matches and improve to 11-3 this season.
 
Match Highlights
  • Bowdoin took two of three doubles matches to grab an early lead on Wednesday afternoon.
  • Tristan Bradley/Reid Staples (8-3) and Mark Kneiss/Evan Fortier (8-4) gave the Polar Bears the early advantage with wins at one and three doubles, respectively.
  • Bowdoin sealed the win with straight-set singles wins from Staples, Kneiss, and Evan Fortier.
  • Tristan Bradley claimed a 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 win at number one to round out the 6-3 win.

  • Bowdoin will head to Connecticut for its final weekend of the regular season. The Polar Bears will play at Trinity on Saturday (2:00 p.m.) and at Conn. College on Sunday (2:00 p.m.)
