BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College Athletic Department has announced changes to its weekend baseball and softball schedules due to field conditions and expectation of poor weather.
 
The Pickard Softball Field is ready for play, but due to poor weather Saturday, the Polar Bears have moved up their Williams doubleheader to Friday at 2:30 p.m. Bowdoin will host its regularly-scheduled doubleheader against Middlebury on Sunday at noon.
 
The Pickard Baseball Field is not yet ready for game action, and due to poor Saturday conditions, the Polar Bears have canceled their Saturday games against Middlebury. Bowdoin will now host Middlebury in a doubleheader Sunday at Colby College beginning at noon.
 
All games will be carried live on the Northeast Sports Network.
