Men's Basketball Closes Regular Season With Road Loss at Wesleyan

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Wesleyan University men's basketball team shot 62% from the field in a 101-65 win over Bowdoin on Sunday afternoon. The Polar Bears fall to 11-12 (3-8 NESCAC) while the Cardinals move to 21-3 (9-1 NESCAC). The complete NESCAC Tournament field will be announced on Monday.

  • Bowdoin was able to stay within striking distance of the Cardinals through the first ten minutes, trailing just 18-13 with 11:30 to go in the period, 18-13.
  • Wesleyan rolled off an 11-2 run to push the lead to double digits and carried a 45-31 lead into halftime.
