SCRANTON, Pa. – The Bowdoin women's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw in the first round of the NCAA tournament at Scranton but fell 5-4 in PK's.
The Polar Bears conclude the season with a 10-4-3 record. Bowdoin suffered shutout PK losses in both the NESCAC quarterfinal and NCAA first round. The host Royals continue on to the second round with a 16-2-2 record.
Bowdoin concluded the year with over 375 minutes of scoreless soccer. The Polar Bears did not surrender a goal in gameplay dating back to the first half of a match on October 22.
