Big Second Quarter Leads Tufts Over Bowdoin Football

MEDFORD, Mass. – The Bowdoin College football team suffered its third straight setback in a 31-13 loss at Tufts on Saturday evening. The Polar Bears stand at 1-3 while the Jumbos move to 3-1 this fall.
 
Game Highlights
  • Following a scoreless first quarter, Tufts scored 21 straight points in a span of ten minutes in the second quarter to take command of the game.
  • Bowdoin was able to score a late TD on an Andre Eden two-yard run before halftime to make it 21-6 at the break.
