BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College Athletic Department has released an update to its "Building and Supporting an Inclusive and Diverse Athletic Community" Action Plan, which was originally distributed in October 2020.
The update provides a summary of the work that has been done by the department staff and teams over the last four months, plans for the months ahead, and underscores the department's long term commitment to diversity and inclusivity efforts. The action plan remains a living document with a further bi-annual update anticipated prior to the start of the 2021-22 academic year.
The update to the action plan can also be found
on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion website, which has been updated with information and resources for students and staff.
