MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Bowdoin women's tennis team won 13 matches to conclude their fall season at the Panther Classic last weekend in Vermont, in what essentially was a tri-match format with Middlebury and Tufts.

Match Highlights

• The Polar Bears performed well against the Panthers and Jumbos in a preview of the spring season, dual-match format.
• Kennedi Carter and Evelyn Safar combined to win a pair of doubles matches, both against Middlebury duos.
• Fleming Landau, Julia DeLuca and Hannah Buckhout each picked up two wins apiece over the weekend to lead the Polar Bear effort in singles play.
