WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Williams women's hockey team scored three third period goals to pin a 4-1 setback on Bowdoin on Friday night.

The Polar Bears drop to 5-7-3 (3-5-1 NESCAC), while the hosts climb to 9-4-3 (6-2-1 NESCAC).

Game Highlights

• Bowdoin took a 1-0 lead with 4:10 remaining in the first period. Tala Glass and Zoe Wilson set up the play, with Jess Cloutier tallying the goal.
• Williams tied the game just over two minutes into the second frame. The score remained knotted at 1-1 through the remainder of the period.
• Williams scored a pair of quick goals 53 seconds and 1:59 into the last stanza. The Ephs iced the game with an empty net goal at 18:58.
