CLERMONT, Fla. – Both Monday afternoon games played by the Bowdoin softball team were decided by one run with the first falling in favor of the Polar Bears and the second seeing a late rally come up short.

The Polar Bears (5-5) were an even .500 after defeating MCLA 3-2 in the opener and falling 8-7 to Wisconsin-Eau Claire. MCLA remains winless at 0-9 while the Bluegolds improved to 10-2.

Game One Highlights
