BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's volleyball team rebounded in a convincing 3-0 victory over Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon in Morrell Gymnasium.

The Polar Bears improve to 12-4 (3-2 NESCAC) with the win while the Cardinals drop to 9-6 (1-4 NESCAC). Bowdoin won by game scores 25-12, 25-21, 25-19.

Christy Jewett put home a match-high 14 kills in the victory to go with seven digs. Erika Sklaver had nine kills while Hailey Wahl totaled seven kills in the victory. Katie Doherty earned 16 digs while Michelle Albright pitched in four aces and 11 digs.

Tyla Taylor paced Wesleyan with seven kills while Sarah Swenson added five. Rachel Savage posted a match-high 19 digs to lead the Cardinals defensively. 

The Cardinals will return to action at Tufts next Friday (7:00 p.m.). Bowdoin will travel to Middlebury next Friday in its next match (8:00 p.m.).
