CLINTON, N.Y. - The Bowdoin College women's volleyball team rounded out its regular season with a convincing 3-0 win over Hamilton Saturday afternoon.

The Polar Bears (21-6, 8-2 NESCAC) won by set scores of 25-9, 25-16, 25-17 and have secured the #2 seed for the upcoming NESCAC Tournament. Bowdoin will open play next Friday night in the quarterfinals against Trinity at Williams College. More details about the tournament will be announced next week.

On Saturday against the Continentals, Bowdoin left little doubt of the result. The Polar Bears were led by Christy Jewett, who finished with nine kills and five blocks. Sophia Cornew had 16 assists and Katie Doherty contributed 10 digs. Hailey Wahl notched six of Bowdoin's 16 service aces with Taylor Vail adding five.
