Women's Volleyball Rolls to Senior Night Victory Over Endicott

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's volleyball team finished off a perfect regular season home slate with a 3-0 win over Endicott on Tuesday evening (25-16, 25-19, 28-26).

The 25th-ranked Polar Bears improve to 21-2 overall this fall, including a 9-0 record at Morrell Gymnasium. Bowdoin has won 32 consecutive home matches dating back to 2007. The Gulls fall to 12-14 on the season with their third straight setback.

Tory Edelman had eight kills, including four service aces, to go with three blocks for the Polar Bears. Kristin Hanczor notched 11 kills while Sophia Cornew had 29 assists and a team-high 10 digs. Callie Dolan led all players with 12 kills for Endicott. Falyn Torelli added six kills and Ashley Norley had a game-high 16 digs in the loss.

Bowdoin will look to secure the top seed for the NESCAC Tournament when they return to action Friday against Wesleyan at Bates. Endicott will host Wentworth in a Thursday evening Commonwealth Coast Conference match.
