MIDDLEBURY, Vt. - The 15th-ranked Middlebury College women's
tennis team edged 11th-ranked Bowdoin 6-3, in a NESCAC match played
in Vermont on Saturday. Brett Davis led the Polar Bear effort in
the loss, collecting a singles win at #3 and teaming with Kellen
Alberstone to win at #2 doubles. Emily Lombardi earned the other
point for Bowdoin at #2 singles. The Polar Bears fall to 9-4 this
season with the setback.
