BRUNSWICK, Maine - The 19th-ranked Tufts University women's
tennis team dealt 18th-ranked Bowdoin an 8-1 setback in both team's
regular season finales on Sunday. The Polar Bears finish their year
with an 8-7 record (4-3 NESCAC) while the Jumbos stand at 8-4 (6-3
NESCAC).
Stephanie Langer was the lone Polar Bear to earn a point Sunday,
collecting a 6-2, 6-4 win at #6 singles. Both teams will prepare
for the conference tournament that begins at Williams next weekend.
