PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - The Bowdoin College women's tennis team
lost to third-ranked Carnegie Mellon on Friday afternoon, 7-2. The
Polar Bears, ranked 11th nationally, stand at 3-2 this spring.
Sarah D'Elia and Liz Pedowitz earned points for the Polar Bears in
singles play. D'Elia continued her remarkable run to stay unbeaten
with a straight-set victory. Pedowitz rallied from a one-set
deficit to claim a win at #4.
