AMHERST, Mass. - The Bowdoin College women's volleyball team
lost their regular season finale to Trinity at Amherst College on
Saturday, 3-1. The Polar Bears bowed by game scores of 25-23,
24-26, 25-23, 25-19. Bowdoin finishes 19-10 and 5-5 in NESCAC play,
garnering the seventh seed for the upcoming conference
tournament.
Bowdoin will play Williams in the opening round of the NESCAC
Tournament on Friday at Tufts University. Game time is set for 5:00
p.m. The Polar Bears will look to avenge a 3-1 loss to the Ephs on
October 17.
On Saturday against Trinity, Jenna Diggs posted 20 assists and 20
digs while Kristin Hanczor collected seven kills and six block
assists. Gillian Page had 12 kills and 12 digs in the setback for
Bowdoin.
