Bowdoin Hammers Bates For Key NESCAC Win

LEWISTON, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's volleyball team earned a key NESCAC victory on Wednesday evening, defeating Bates 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 27-25). The Polar Bears improve to 13-6 (2-2 NESCAC) while Bates falls to 9-10 (0-3 NESCAC).

Stephanie Drumright led Bowdoin in attacking with eight kills. Kristin Hanczor and Skye Lawrence tallied six kills apiece, with Hanczor adding three service aces and three blocks, while Lawrence also came up with 14 digs.

Jenna Diggs collected 26 assists in the win, while Anna Noucas had 12 digs.
