BRUNSWICK, Maine - Thanks to a convincing win over Southern Maine last week and the Huskies' subsequent upset of top-ranked Eastern Connecticut, the Bowdoin women's basketball team is ranked third in the nation in the latest D3Hoops.com poll.

The Polar Bears (4-0) have won 27 straight games at home and will host Colby-Sawyer on Wednesday evening in Brunswick. Bowdoin has been ranked in the top ten in the nation for 29 straight polls, dating back to the 2001-02 season.
