Biography
2015-2016: Point-scorer in the 200 IM and the 200 Breaststroke at NESCACs.
2014-2015: After being injured for the majority of the season, came back to swim season best times at NESCACs.
2013-2014: Point-scorer in the 400 IM, 200 IM, and 100 Freestyle at NESCACs.
Sarah Freshnock is from Prairie Village, Kansas and is a member of the class of 2017. Sarah likes to swim freestyle and IM events. Outside of the pool, Sarah likes to work with metal to make art, jewrely, and sculptures. Sarah hopes to be an art history major. She enjoys french fries and cats.
