• Squash Trio Earn All-Conference Recognition

    BRUNSWICK, Maine - Three Bowdoin College squash players have been recognized as All-New England Small College Athletic Conference performers in honors announced on Thursday. Junior Lauren Gesswein was named First-Team All-NESCAC on the women's side while Senior David Funk collected First-Team recognition for the men's team.

    BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Bowdoin College women’s basketball team has earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament in selections announced on Monday. The Polar Bears will host an NCAA regional this Friday and Saturday, March 5-6. Bowdoin will play Baruch at 7:00 Friday while University of New England and Western Connecticut will play at 5:00. Friday’s winners will play Saturday at 7:00 in the second round. Ticket information will be announced on Tuesday.

    NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Bowdoin College women's squash team improved their national ranking by one spot, earning 21st in the nation at the College Squash Association National Tournament's Walker Cup "C" Division this weekend. The Polar Bears went 2-1 overall and finish their year with a record of 8-12. Every Bowdoin player in the ladder collected at least one win in weekend play.
