Skiing Puts Together Strong Team Performance in Dartmouth Relay

HANOVER, N.H. – The Bowdoin nordic team competed at the Dartmouth Carnival and came away with sixth place finishes on both the men's and women's sides in the relay.

The Polar Bears posted sixth place finishes in both relays and a fourth place team finish overall combined with the 10K skate.

Carnival Highlights

  • Elliot Ketchel paced the men in the skate, finishing 15th, and was joined by Christian Gostout (18th) for a pair of top-20 results.
  • Renae Anderson led the women's side with a 14th-place finish.
  • The trio of Sean Cork, Gostout, and Ketchel finished sixth in the relay. The Polar Bears finished eight seconds behind Middlebury.
  • Gabrielle Vandendries and Lily Johnston joined Anderson for a sixth place finish in the relay. The Catamounts and Big Green each placed a pair of teams in the top five, followed by Middlebury.
