BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's tennis team avenged a loss to Bates last spring with a decisive 8-1 victory on Wednesday evening at Pickard Tennis Courts.

The Polar Bears, ranked second in the latest ITA Division III poll, improve to 13-1 this spring with the victory. Bowdoin had lost a 6-3 decision at Bates last spring.
