WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The Bowdoin College men's tennis team had
a shortened run at the ITA New England's hosted by Williams College
Oscar Pena, seeded sixth in the top singles bracket, was upset in the round of 32 in a third-set tiebreaker, and then teamed with Jamie Neely to advance to the quarterfinals of the doubles draw with a pair of victories before bowing out. Neely also collected a win in singles play. The doubles team of Andrew won and Kent Winningham claimed a first-round match as well before dropping in the second round.
The Polar Bears will look to bounce back at the Stonybrook Invitational next weekend.
