Bowdoin Continues To Roll, Bounces Tufts For Sixth-Straight Win

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's tennis team continued to roll, easing to their sixth-straight win on Saturday against Tufts University, 8-1. The Polar Bears are 8-2 (4-0 NESCAC) this spring while Tufts drops to 6-4 (1-3).

Bowdoin swept the doubles matches and earned wins at the top five singles spots to clinch the victory. Oscar Pena teamed with Jamie Neely at number one doubles and then claimed an individual victory at number two singles to spark the win. Stephen Sullivan and Alex Caughron were also victorious at number two doubles and picked up singles victories as well. Tyler Anderson also had a hand in a pair of Bowdoin points.

The Polar Bears will return to action at Bates on April 9.
