Polar Bear Tennis Teams Earn NCAA Bids, Regional Hosting Rights

BRUNSWICK, Maine – Both the Bowdoin men's and women's tennis teams have earned at-large bids to the NCAA Division III Championships and will host regionals this weekend.


NCAA Men's Tennis Regional (indoor back-up: Maine Pines Racquet & Fitness, Brunswick)

12:00pm - Yeshiva (14-7) vs. Eastern Nazarene (16-7)
Friday, May 10
1:15pm - Bowdoin (16-4) vs. Yeshiva/ENC winner 
4:00pm - TCNJ (15-3) vs. Skidmore (15-5)
Saturday, May 11
1:15pm - Regional Final* 
*- if Yeshiva advances to regional final, it will be played on Sunday, May 12

10:30am - SUNY New Paltz (12-0) vs. Husson (10-0)
Saturday, May 11
8:00am - Bowdoin (14-5) vs. Nichols/Colby-Sawyer winner
10:30am - MIT (16-3) vs. New Paltz/Husson winner 
Sunday, May 12
12:00pm - Regional Final 


The winner of each regional will advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals May 20 at Stowe Stadium in Kalamazoo, Mich. A complete preview of each regional will be available later this week.
