The Polar Bear women's tennis team had two players earn ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition as Sarah Shadowens and Tess Trinka were honored individually for exceeding a 3.5 GPA for the 2015-16 academic year. The Bowdoin women also captured the ITA All-Academic Team Award after surpassing a cumulative team GPA of 3.2.

The Bowdoin men had five individuals recognized for ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, led by senior co-captains Luke Trinka and Chase Savage along with Gil Roddy, Kyle Wolfe, Luke Tercek and Aidan McGrory.
