Seven Polar Bears Set For NCAA Swimming & Diving Championship This Week (VIDEO)

BRUNSWICK, Maine - Seven members of the Bowdoin swimming & diving program will travel to Houston, Texas to compete in the NCAA Division III Championship this week.

Women's swimmers Sterling Dixon, Sophia Walker, Marshall Lowery, Mariah Rawding and Linnea Patterson will be making the trip along with men's swimmer Karl Sarier and men's diver Mitchell Ryan. Read about swimming qualifiers here and about diving here.

The Polar Bears will compete in the national championship beginning on Wednesday, March 15 at the Conroe ISD Natatorium in Shenandoah, Texas.  The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and the City of Shenandoah will serve as hosts.
