HARTFORD, Conn. - The Bowdoin College women's squash team picked up a pair of wins at the Trinity Round Robin last weekend while the men earned a single win as the teams concluded their pre-break schedule. The women's team will go into winter break with a 3-2 record while the men stand at 3-3 overall this season.

This past weekend, the women rebounded from a Friday loss to George Washington, 8-1, to bounce Connecticut College, 7-2, and Vassar, 9-0. The men lost to George Washington, 8-1, and Connecticut College, 6-3, before sweeping Vassar 9-0.

First-year Alden Drake shone for the Bowdoin women, leading the way with three victories against no defeats in the trio of matches. Playing at the number four spot in the ladder, Drake won a hard-fought 3-2 battle on Friday against GW before sweeping her matches against Conn and Vassar.
