Grace Moore Nominated for NCAA "Woman of the Year" Award
BRUNSWICK, Maine - Grace Moore (Groton, Mass.), a 2008 graduate of Bowdoin College and a former member of the Polar Bears' women's soccer and women's lacrosse squads, has been nominated for the 2008 NCAA Woman of the Year Award by the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC).

Zeigler, Dennison Lead NESCAC Honors
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's soccer team had four players earn All-Conference honors in NESCAC selections announced Thursday. Senior captains Ann Zeigler (Washington, D.C.) and Bobbi Dennison (Freeport, Maine) grabbed First-Team honors, while sophomore Dana Riker (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) and first-year Tiernan Cutler (Sacramento, Calif.) netted Second-Team awards.

Women's Soccer Earns NCAA Bid
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's soccer team will be playing in an NCAA Regional at Wheaton (Mass.) College this Saturday and Sunday as brackets were released for the Division III Tournament on Monday morning. The Polar Bears will be making their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2000.

Zeigler Named Player of the Week
BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College senior Ann Zeigler (Washington, D.C.) has been named as the New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Zeigler had a six-point week as the Polar Bears earned a pair of victories.

Zeigler Named Player of the Week
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The New England Small College Athletic Conference has named Bowdoin senior tri-captain Ann Zeigler (Washington, D.C.) as their Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Zeigler scored a pair of key goals as the Polar Bears went 2-0 to open the 2007 campaign last weekend.
