Before Bowdoin: Graduated from St. John's Prep in 2008... a five-year ice hockey letter-winner, she was elected two-time captain... twice-named All-Area... received Defensive MVP Award... was selected to Minnesota Olympic Development Program Team for four years... also played soccer, where she received numerous awards and six varsity letters, ran track, where she was named team captain and received six varsity letters, and softball, where she received three varsity letters... was named St. John's Prep Senior Athlete of the Year with 20 varsity letters... was a member of National Honor Society... made Dean's List... received school's German Award and Student-Athlete Award four times each.
