Women's Golf Closes Out Season at Williams Fall Classic

Kendall Kyritz was Bowdoin's top performer at Williams, earning 37th place in the field

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The Bowdoin College women's golf team closed out its season with a ninth-place finish at the Williams Fall Classic/NESCAC Invitational Sunday afternoon.

In an extremely deep field that included some of the best programs in the Northeast, the Polar Bears were ninth of 15 teams and fourth of six NESCAC squads with a two-day team total of 736 (376-360), improving 16 strokes from day one to day two.

Kendall Kyritz carded a two-day total of 177 (91-86) to earn 37th place individually at the tournament. Taylor Giuffre was 44th with a 180 (93-87) while Ursula Munger was 45th at 181 (94-87). Emily Quirk rounded out the Bowdoin competitors with a 198 (98-100) and a 61st-place showing.
