Women's Golf Places Fourth at NESCAC Golf Tournament

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. - The Bowdoin College women's golf team finished fourth at the NESCAC Women's Golf Tournament this weekend at Ralph Myhre Golf Course on the campus of Middlebury College.

The Polar Bears carded a two-day total of 799 to finish behind first-place Williams (651) and three other schools. Bowdoin edged Hamilton (811) and Bates (896) in the six-team field.

Bowdoin was led by Ursula Munger's two-day score of 192, which was good enough for 18th place. Taylor Giuffre (196) and Kendall Kyritz (197) finished right behind in 19th and 20th, respectively, while Jacqui Maher (214) ended in 23rd spot.

The Polar Bears will close out their season next weekend, on October 6-7, at the Williams Fall Classic hosted by Taconic Golf Club.
