Bowdoin Sailing Lands Sixth at ACC's For Best Ever Finish

Coach Pizzo's Report - November 14

The Polar Bears competed in the Atlantic Coast Champs this past weekend at MIT featuring nearly all the top teams in the country.  Conditions were great on the Charles River with temps in the 50s and 60s breeze out of the West 5-15 knots all weekend.  Matt Kaplan '19 and Dana Bloch '17 sailed A division with Harrison Hawk '18 and Louisa Lindgren '19 in B-division along with Hunter Moeller '17, Matt Lyons '17, and Jake Griffin '18 in reserve.  The regatta was incredibly close with the Polar Bears finishing 6th overall out of  18 teams.  This is the best ever finish for the Polar Bears at the ACCs.
