BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's tennis team will host an NCAA Division III Regional this weekend at Pickard Courts, with action beginning on Thursday with a pair of first-round matches.

Bowdoin (19-1) vs. Yeshiva - 10:00 a.m.
Rensselaer (15-3) vs. Stevens - 2:30 p.m.
Regional Final - Saturday, May 12 *
Second Round Winners - noon
* - Regional final will be pushed to Sunday (noon) if Yeshiva advances

Bowdoin begins pursuit of its second NCAA Division III Championship this weekend by hosting a regional for the third consecutive season...the Polar Bears enter the national tournament with the best record (19-1) of any team in Division III, two wins shy of the school record established last spring...Bowdoin claimed the 2016 national championship and advanced to the national semifinals last season before falling to eventual national champ Emory...Bowdoin's three-man senior class of Luke Tercek, Kyle Wolfe and Gil Roddy boast the best four-year record of any class in school history, going 75-15, including 60-9 over the last three campaigns...individually, the trio has combined for a 56-17 mark in singles play this year...Bowdoin's top doubles pairing of Grant Urken and Luke Tercek won the ITA New England regional last fall and is 23-5 overall in 2017-18...the Polar Bears' lone loss of the season came to Middlebury on April 14, a loss they avenged in the NESCAC Championship last Sunday.
