    Joyner Named Interim Tennis Coach BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College has named Colin Joyner as the school's Interim Head Tennis Coach for 2006-07. Joyner, an assistant for the men's and women's team for the past two years and a 2003 graduate of Bowdoin, will assume the duties from Jane Paterson, who is taking a leave of absence.

    Burke Named NESCAC Player of the Year BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College men's tennis player McAfee Burke (St. Louis, Mo.) has been named the New England Small College Athletic Conference co-Player of the Year in postseason awards announced on Tuesday. Burke, a senior co-captain, was also chosen as the Clarence Chaffee Sportsmanship Award recipent and first-year Garrett Gates (Fairway, Kansas) was a fellow first-team selection.
