Men's Soccer Earns At-Large Bid to NCAA Tournament

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's soccer team has earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament in selections announced on Monday afternoon.

The Polar Bears, who dropped a heartbreaking overtime decision to Middlebury in the NESCAC Semifinals on Saturday, will face Rutgers-Newark in a match hosted at Brandeis University on Saturday. Game time, ticket information and broadcast details will be available on Tuesday. Brandeis will face Western Connecticut State in the regional's other match.

Bowdoin (10-4-3) is making its eighth appearance all-time in NCAA Tournament play and third under coach Scott Wiercinski.
