BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College men's soccer players Ben Brewster (Scarborough, Maine) and Hunter Clark (Boxford, Mass.) have earned All-New England Small College Athletic Conference honors in awards announced by the conference late last week.

Brewster continued his climb up the collegiate soccer ranks with a First Team selection. The 2010 NESCAC Rookie of the Year and a Second Teamm All-NESCAC choice in 2011, he collects his first First Team nod this fall. A dominant central back, Brewster helped backline a Bowdoin defense that permitted just 14 goals in 15 games this season. He also contributed a goal and three assists on the year.

Hunter Clark nets his first NESCAC postseason award, a Second Team selection, following an outstanding campaign in the midfield for the Polar Bears. Contributing on both ends of the field, he aided Bowdoin's stellar defensive corps while sparking Bowdoin's transition game. He played in all 15 games for the Polar Bears and had a goal to his credit this fall.

Bowdoin reached the NESCAC Quarterfinals and finished its season with a record of 8-5-2.
