Men's Golf Opens Spring Season at Williams Spring Invitational

Johnny Bohorquez led the way for Bowdoin this weekend at Williams

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College men's golf team competed at Williams this weekend, finishing seventh at the NESCAC Spring Invitational Saturday and Sunday at Taconic Golf Club.

The event is one of two competitions this spring for the team, who will also host Husson in a dual match on May 5 at 1:00 p.m. at Brunswick Golf Club.

The Polar Bears finished with a team score of 689 to take seventh of eight squads. Johnny Bohorquez led the way for Bowdoin with a two-day score of 169 (79-90), followed by Bobby Kaminski's 171 (84-87). Thomas Lilly (175), Kevin Zmozynski (179), Dusty Biron (181) and Danny Greene (184) rounded out the Polar Bear competitors this weekend.
