BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin sophomore Bryan Hurley (Watertown, Mass.) has been named as the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Hurley followed that up with 15 points, seven boards and five assists, including his team's final four points, in a 64-58 win over Colby on Saturday.
Over the course of the week, he converted 52.2% (14-23) of his shots from the field and drained three shots from beyond the arc.
Hurley and the Polar Bears enter break having won four straight games and have a 5-2 record overall this season. Bowdoin will return to action on January 2 at Plymouth State before playing their NESCAC opener at home on January 4 against Hamilton.
