Bowdoin Athletic Department Hosts Fearless Project Exhibit Throughout February
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin Athletic Department is
proud to host an exhibit by the Fearless Project at locations
around campus throughout the month of February.
The Fearless Project is a photography and video project created by
Jeff Sheng featuring lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender
athletes on high school and college sports teams. The project
features several Bowdoin alums, including Colin Ogilvie '12, Ben
Chadwick '11, Shana Natelson '10, Lindsey Warren-Shriner '10 and
Elsbeth Paige-Jeffers '10.
The exhibit will be featured at the Buck Center, Watson Arena and
Farley Field House, closing with a reception at 2:00 p.m. on March
1 at the Buck Center lobby.
The exhibit is co-sponsored by the Bowdoin Athletic Department,
the Resource Center for Sexual and Gender
Diversity (RCSGD), Bowdoin Men Against Sexual Violence (BMASV)
and the Bowdoin Queer Straight Alliance (BQSA).
