Mickey Rehring is beginning his third year in Brunswick and will coach the defensive line and special teams this fall. A four-year starter and All-Centennial Conference performer for Franklin & Marshall College, he graduated in 2008 with a degree in Psychology.

Under his direction, the Polar Bears accumulated 24 sacks in 2009, ranking third in the NESCAC. As a coach for the Franklin & Marshall prior to coming to Bowdoin, he led the defensive line unit and held additional responsibilities in recruiting and strength and conditioning. A native of the Keystone State, Rehring attended State College Area High School.
