Rookie Sailors Impressive at Nickerson Trophy
BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoins first-year sailors put up an impressive performance at the Nickerson Trophy, NEISAs annual freshman championship, last weekend at Boston University. The team finished 10th of 17, beating three nationally ranked programs in the process. The Polar Bears had trouble replicating their rookies success at the other two fall championships, faltering at both the Schell Trophy and Victorian Coffee Urn races.
